The Zhongguancun Xiangjun Entrepreneurship Park was established to provide a fast lane for companies and projects in Beijing and Changsha. The park will serve as a base for Hunan entrepreneurs who invest in their hometown or start business there, an accelerator for Beijing's Hunan companies, and a service base for Zhongguancun youth startups who invest in Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

Zhao Xinliang, director of Beijing (Haidian) Overseas Students Pioneer Park, said that the park is willing to play its core strengths of Zhongguancun's brand, platform, industry, talent, technology and capital. It will carry out all-round strategic cooperation with Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone with emerging industries as the core cooperation area and jointly build Zhongguancun Xiangjun Entrepreneurship Park into a high-tech and open platform.
